| Dear Ty and Kate, This letter is to thank you so much for the recent trip you outfitted down the Main Salmon. 80 miles in 5 days. You provided tree rafts and all the equipment our party needed. The food was excellent and the beverages to our complete satisfaction. The scenery was some of the best I have ever seen and I have visited every state in the USA. Although I will be 78 years of age this year I try to be active and the trip was perfectly safe, yet exciting. Our party included an attorney, a physician, along with a smattering of other occupations and interests. We all were made to feel perfectly at home. We had most of our group in canoes and several of them have had experience racing all over the US and Europe. We all were complementary of your efforts and would not hesitate to book you in the future. I formally worked (1995-2002) at the Phillip Morris Ranch and in that capacity used numerous outfitters for white water rafting and boating. I had about seven years of that activity and feel that your operation is far superior to anything I experienced in the Yellowstone Park - Livingston area. I wish your operation continued success. |

| Dave, Dave Jr., I heard that you guys bought a rafting company. I guess I wonder why it took you so long. You guys live on the river! My daughter Julie and I will never forget our first trip with you going 60 miles down the wild and scenic Smith River in Montana. What a superb experience that was! We never expected to be treated to such great food, campfire luxuries, rafting thrills and terrific oarsmanship. Most importantly Julie will never forget your kindness and patience in teaching her how to handle a raft in class ΙΙ whitewater. Then to top that off, you took me 90 miles down the Middle Fork of the Salmon a couple of years ago. That was just as well organized and beautiful and the fishing was superb. I really liked the side trips hiking to some local hot springs and deserted mining camps. I know that anyone in your boats are as safe as they can be, you guys are incredible rafting experts. Anyone who goes on a trip with your new company will be treated to the best first class rafting experience and pampering beyond their highest expectations. Your 1st class in equipment, and you have more amenities in food beverage and campsite luxury than any outdoor adventure I have ever been on. | Our family has been blessed to spend approximately 16 days, over the past five summers, rafting the Snake River with the Colbert’s. Our kids, now ages six and eight, still affectionately refer to Dave Colbert Sr. as “Grandpa Dave”. Dave Sr. and his family welcomed us with open arms and we truly felt like part of the family. We can’t wait until our next opportunity to see them, share in the beauty, and create more lifelong memories on a river somewhere in the great Pacific Northwest. |
